RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Our returns policy complies with European regulations for online commerce.
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of the order’s delivery, subject to the exceptions listed below.
Returned Items and Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be in the same condition as when received
- not have been worn
- show no signs of use
- have all original tags, labels, and packaging
- be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items shipped without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the artisanal nature of our work, we do not accept returns on the following products:
- custom-made jewelry
- personalized or engraved jewelry
- engagement rings made to order
- wedding bands created during the Wedding Band Course
- jewelry created based on a custom design
- items modified or adapted at the customer’s request
These items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Damage or Issues
Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it.
In the event of:
- a defective item
- damage during shipping
- an incorrect item
please contact us immediately at severianagens@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Replacements
If you would like a replacement, follow these steps:
- Request a return within 14 days
- Return the item in its original condition
- Place a new order for the desired item
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If the order was shipped within the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return the order without providing a reason.
The item must, however, meet all the conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return:
- we will send you a confirmation via email
- we will let you know if the refund has been approved
- the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method
